Common questions

Do I need my own n8n instance?

We prefer to build on your own self-hosted n8n instance — it keeps you independent and avoids per-execution pricing. If you don’t have one, we can help you set it up, or host it for you at cost.

What do I actually own at the end?

Everything. The workflow JSON, the credentials setup, the HTML or Word template, the Google Sheet configuration, and the written documentation. You can hand it to any developer and they can maintain it without us.

How long does a build take?

Most reporting automations take 10–14 days from signed scope to first live run. The main variable is how quickly we receive onboarding information — client IDs, credentials access, report template.

What if something breaks after delivery?

The retainer covers that. Bugs introduced by our own code during the support window are fixed at no charge. After the support window, fixes are covered by the retainer or quoted separately.

Can you work with my existing automations?

Yes. If you have existing n8n workflows we can audit, extend, or rebuild them. We’ll tell you honestly if something is worth keeping or should be replaced.

Do you work with clients outside Singapore?

Yes — all project work is done remotely. We work with clients globally. Time zone overlap helps for calls but isn’t a requirement.
